Absolutely everything! Mind-blowing property with superb character and jaw-dropping adventurous grounds. Perfect for families and friends to get together. Incredible outdoor space with multiple gardens, hot tub, play area, stream, dining areas, outdoor kitchen. More than the basics with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, ensuites, storage, and toiletries. Huge fridge/freezer and a nice touch with the radio. Best holiday home/destination ever! Short drive to Aviemore, stunning lochs/lakes, waterfalls, and endless adventures. Free wi-fi, free parking, electric kettle, outdoor dining area, jacuzzi, pets allowed.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Polchar! The property had everything we needed and more. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds made us feel right at home. The garden was like a hidden paradise with multiple outdoor seating areas, a hot tub, and even a stream. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ area were perfect for enjoying meals outside. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a dishwasher and washing machine. The location was great too, with easy access to Aviemore and the beautiful surrounding areas. it was the perfect place for us youngsters to relax and have a great time!

The value for money at Polchar was excellent, with fabulous rooms and 5-star hotel-like comfort. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful feel while still being close to all the essentials.
The breakfast selection could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
